Our CALENDAR is a great resource, but sometimes there are just so many things happening that a little summary is necessary! This is one of those times. So, here's a list (with info and links, etc.) of San Luis Obispo County's family-friendly weekend activities, October 23-25:
October 23, 5pm to 8pm, Meadow Park, San Luis Obispo
Awesome music, a Gymnastics Fun Zone, Imagination Playground, Food Trucks, Photo Booths, Silent Auction, and a kid-friendly outdoor move! This is a candy-free event. The fun begins at 5pm. Parade at 6:15pm. Outdoor movie to follow. Bring a blanket, grab some yummy food from one of the food vendors or pack a picnic dinner, and get ready for a fun event! What an easy way to volunteer/give as a family!

Featuring antiques, collectibles, arts, crafts, food and bee keeping seminars. Free admission.
Pumpkins on the Pier
October 24, 10am to 1pm, Pismo Beach Pier
Children 12 and under are encouraged to participate in Halloween-themed activities including pumpkin decorating, costume contests, games, crafts, and bounce houses. Get there early, the first 500 children 12 and under will receive a free pumpkin for decorating! The costume contest will start at 11:30 am and includes prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in four age divisions. An Adult Costume Contest will follow with an award given to the top two adults for best overall costume. The 10th Annual Trick or Treat Extravaganza will be held from 12 pm to 2 pm at participating downtown business locations.

Let's Scare Away Cancer Benefit
October 24, Paso Robles Sports Club
Riley Benado's family, friends, High School and Youth Cheer programs are excited to collaborate to make a special small town Halloween Carnival to Scare away Cancer and Raise money to help Riley on her Journey with Cancer. Come and enjoy an exciting night with kids and adults of all ages. $20 will get you into the carnival to play all the fun games, jump in the jump house, and a dinner meal! There will be activities all through the night with raffles, prizes for best costumes, and more!
Los Osos Oktoberfest
